GLOBAL HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL NETWORK
Professional integrity & moderation
How to report concerns about content and conduct on SCALP3L.
Explore the professional network ↗Clear categories
The reporting flow distinguishes patient privacy, dangerous or unsupported claims, false credentials, harassment, undisclosed promotion and spam. A report is a concern for review, not a finding of misconduct.
Independent assessment
Reviewers must not decide cases involving their own posts or reports. Institutional page administrators do not receive platform moderation privileges. Review decisions require an explanation.
Proportionate decisions
The review workflow supports review, reasoned action or dismissal, and closure. Important scientific disagreement alone is not a reason to remove a contribution. Urgent privacy concerns require priority assessment.
Traceable review and appeal
Decisions should retain a restricted audit history. A contested decision should be reviewed by someone other than its original decision maker. Concurrent changes must not silently overwrite a case.
Community reports and SafeReport are different
Community moderation handles network content. Confidential institutional misconduct and whistleblowing require a separate secure process, defined recipients and jurisdiction-specific handling. SafeReport provides a separate organization channel with public, registration-free intake when configured.
Contact and review
Report a contribution through its report action. Contact hello@scalp3l.com about access problems or a disputed decision. Reports require assessment; submission does not guarantee removal or a particular response time.
Built on professional integrity
Patient privacy, accurate credentials, evidence and respectful exchange are fundamental to SCALP3L. The network is exclusively for healthcare professionals and students.
